Ileana D’Cruz was recently spotted promoting her next film 'Pagalpanti' in Mumbai on November 4. She wore a plunging neckline dress and high slit skirt. She accessorized her look with a dainty neck piece. While she was posing for the papparazzi, she was a bit uncomfortable with her thigh high slit skirt as a photographer wanted to take her low angle photo.
