PSEi rises as foreign banks recommend PH stocks

The Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) rose for a second day as foreign banks recommended Philippine stocks. The index rose 8-tenths of a percent to settle at 5,812.54. -- ANC Top Story, December 16, 2013
