WATCH: Carjack of delivery truck in 14 seconds

MANILA – A closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera captured the carjacking of a delivery truck in Sampaloc, Manila. The CCTV footage shows two sports utility vehicles and a sedan driving around the truck, monitoring the situation in the area. It only took one of the suspects some 14 seconds to start the truck's engine up and speed of with the vehicle. - Umagang Kay Ganda, 10 December 2013
