AFP offers prayers for slain cops, soldiers in Zambo

MANILA -- The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) on Friday offered a moment of silence for uniformed men killed in action during the Zamboanga City standoff. As the standoff entered its 12th day today, 10 soldiers and 3 policemen have already been killed. The AFP assured financial assistance will be given to the families of the slain soldiers.
