'Ghost month' worst for PSE this year

Philippine stocks, among the world's best performers until the second quarter, have been hard hit since the Fed started talking about reducing or ending its stimulus program. As speculation climbed ahead of the Fed's September meeting, August became the PSE 's worst month this year.
