Distressed residents complain about the infrastructure of the roads which has caused continuous water logging. The city also lacks a proper sewerage system and waste water plant. “We are tired of the false promises made by the Congress and SAD candidates during the elections,” said Shiv Rajan, a resident of Bathinda.
