Info from Licensor: "I was driving with my wife on Mother’s day, traveling on the local side of a Philadelphia expressway hours before game 7 between the Sixers and Raptors, when I noticed cars stopped on the express side. When I looked closer, it looked like two men arguing. I decided to capture it in case someone took it too far."
