Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe | Good Housekeeping UK

Make strawberry ice-cream in an instant with this three ingredient recipe.
Ingredients
- 500 g (1lb 2oz) hulled and frozen strawberries
- 75 g (3oz) icing sugar
- 125 ml (4fl oz) double cream
1. Put ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until berries are fairly broken down, then whiz until the mixture is smooth.
2. Serve immediately or transfer to a freezer-proof container and freeze for up to one month. Allow to soften a little at room temperature before serving.
