Pet Dog Becomes Friends With Wild Rat

A pet dog and a huge rat that steals the food from his bowl have formed a unique friendship. Two-year-old Aspin dog Bruno from the Philippines likes to try and play with the rat which visits their front yard where he sleeps. The rat enters through a small hole that goes straight to the sewers. Bruno's owner, Dave Carrillo, 21, said: "The rat eats the food of my dog and Bruno does not seem to mind. That rat has been coming to Bruno's space for some time now, but this is the only time I had the chance to take a video." Dave said that the rat used to run away whenever they would come near them during his visit, but that time, it stayed there with Bruno. "The rat is disturbingly huge. Its relationship with Bruno is even weirder," he said. The incident happened inside Dave's home in Quezon City, the Philippines on April 30.
