Biggest Tyrannosaurus Rex Skeleton Discovered in Canada The skeleton, who has been named "Scotty," is 42 feet long. Scotty was originally found in the Canadian region of Saskatchewan back in 1991. When he was alive, researchers say Scotty weighed up to 19,000 pounds. 30 is considered to be a very old age for a Tyrannosaurus Rex. Researchers say that more discoveries will be made, but for now, Scotty is the largest predator ever found. The Royal Saskatchewan Museum plans to showcase Scotty in the month of May.
