Journalist in Uttar Pradesh thrashed, dragged behind motorcycle

A journalist in Uttar Pradesh's Pilibhit district was brutally assaulted and then tied to a motorcycle and dragged for about 100 metres on Sunday, allegedly for his report on dubious land deals.
The journalist, Haider Khan, is in hospital in critical condition.
