The Uttar Pradesh Police today arrested a security guard in connection with the brutal rape and murder of a woman in Lucknow."We have identified the main accused, his name is Ram Sewak Yadav," ADG, women's cell, Sutapa Sanyal said at a press conference in Lucknow today.
