NewsX: Instead of caring for its people the politicians are busy indulging in petty politics disaster politics in the forefront, Rahul Gandhi visits Guptkashi after his convoy is stranded in Gauchar for a day travels by road and air despite warnings against VVIP visits, are such double standards only to deter the saffron leaders?

He landed in Uttarakhand on monday to survey relief and rescue operations and flew straight into a controversy, he reached the rain devastated state despite union home minister sushil kumar shinde's warning, nevertheless the gandhi scion took his disaster yatra spent a night at a base camp in Gauchar the photo ops were plenty but he was stuck due to the bad weather till Tuesday morning and had to be rescued, he continued his journey to Guptkashi where protests greeted him, he met rescue workers and relatives of victims.

Renuka chowdhury said: "Rahul Gandhi is not going there as a VIP. He is going there as a citizen, as the vice-president of Congress to oversee that the relief materials reach in place. Rahul did not say 'I am a Rambo and I did this and I did that", Clearly the rambo jibe was at Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi.
