I wanted to depose, JPC didn't give me the chance: A Raja

Speaking to NewsX A Raja has said he wanted to depose orally before the JPC in front of all members but that chance was not given to him. He even said that the decision he took were administrative and that he had apprised the PMO about them. According to him even Chidambaram, the External Affairs Ministers and the Solicitor General was in the know.
