The Raj Thackeray-led Maharashtra Navnirman Sena is irked over Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's statement that no one can stop him from going to Mumbai and take part in 'Bihar Divas celebration'. Nitish had said "There is no hurdle for me to go there. Can go to any part of the country; don't need any type of visa for that."
