Senior Govt officers in a way await their retirement. Several of them end up getting top jobs in private companies and organisations with which they have dealt with in the course of their tenure as serving officers. The govt worried at this trend is now planning a move to counter this phenomenon. Our Correspondent ASHHAR KHAN has this exclusive report.
