Delhi's Lieutenant Governor Rules Flouted

Delhi's Lieutenant Governor had been under criticism on how he tackled the Delhi Gang rape case while he wielded all powers to take action. But he did not. But now, it is learnt that he used his powers beyond his mandate to get the son of a very rich and influential man admitted in India's leading Engineering University. The move has angered the alumni and teachers of Delhi Technological University.
