Scorpion stowaway in overhead bin

Passengers on board a Lion Air flight in Indonesia got a fright when a live scorpion was spotted lurking in a luggage bin above their heads just after their plane landed on February 14, 2019.
The airline spokesman Danang Mandala Prihantoro said Lion Air is investigating the sighting which was filmed by a passenger on the flight from Pekanbaru to the capital Jakarta. He said airline technicians searched the plane but found no sign of arachnids on board.
Passenger Karim Taslin insists he saw the scorpion just above his seat and watched it disappear into the cabin baggage area.
