India welcomes Sheikh Hasina's re-election; marks landslide victory in Bangladesh | Nation at 9

Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has won a third consecutive term with a landslide victory. These elections were closely watched by India and Hasina's win is welcome as under her rule there was a marked drop in militancy in the north east. In fact, PM Modi was the first to congratulate Shiekh Hasina on her landslide victory.
