Don't Say You're On A 'Break' If You're Actually Just Doing More Work

If you want to truly increase your productivity, stop taking 'fake breaks' and take real ones, instead.
A 'fake break' is one in which personal tasks are carried out, like making a doctor's appointment.
Real breaks, on the other hand, give the mind true release and relaxation.
Taking a quick walk, doing a guided relaxation, or even phoning a friend for a chat revive the mind.
And no, mindlessly checking your Instagram feed doesn't count!
