Brits Fined After Walking Street Brawl

Two Brits were forced to make a grovelling apology after they were involved in a brawl in Pattaya, Thailand. Kieran Flannery and Mark Peter Jones had been outside a bar on the packed Walking Street area when they started arguing. A local tried to intervene but was hit in the mouth after the incident at 1:30am in the early hours of Sunday morning.
