Parisians Are Upset Over Eco-Friendly Open Air Urinals

Officials in Paris have attempted to tackle public urination by installing open air urinals. CNN has reported that the urinals have outraged some residents of the French capital. The "intelligent urinals" have a straw layer that eliminates odor. City officials said the urinals were installed in areas where public urination is a frequent problem. While some residents said the installation of urinals "is a good idea" they find that the current model isn't attractive.
