Good afternoon, it's forecast to be another very hot day in most parts.
Temperatures will hover in the mid thirties with heatwave alerts still in place across the nation but regions in the east including Gangneung, Pohang and Ulsan will have bearable temperatures again today.
Many parts of the country could see passing showers during the day so keep an umbrella handy.
Taking a closer look at today's daily highs. Seoul and Chuncheon get up to 35 degrees Celsius. Daegu and Gwangju will be at 36 degrees. Gyeongju will have highs of 33 degrees this afternoon.
There are no signs of the heat easing up. Temperatures will still be hovering in the mid-thirties here in the capital for another week or so, so take care
