S. Korea's FM speaks with Libyan counterpart over kidnapped Korean national

The government is pouring all its efforts into ensuring the safe release of a South Korean man abducted by an unidentified Libyan group.
In a telephone call on Monday,... Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha and her Libyan counterpart shared updates on the latest situation... and Kang pushed for Tripoli's cooperation in freeing the Korean national.
South Korea has set up an on-site countermeasure force in the North African country and dispatched a quick-response team.
Seoul will also send an official with experience in similar hostage cases to coordinate with the Libyan government.
It's been exactly one month since the South Korean and three Filipino nationals working on a water supply project in western Libya were abducted by a group of armed men.
