* 1 cup of couscous
* 1 tbsp of coconut oil
* 1 small sized onion
* 1 clove of chopped garlic
* Scotch bonnet
* Smoked mackerel
* Curly kale
* Spinach
* Mixed bell peppers (red, orange & green)
* 1/2 a tsp of mixed herbs
* 1/2 a tsp of curry powder
* A pinch of turmeric
* A pinch of paprika
* 1 chicken stock cube
* 1 cup of liquid stock (assorted meat liquid stock)
* Sea salt
