Police have released this footage of Peter John Rigby, who has been fined and banned after being caught reading a map at the wheel. The 73-year-old, was captured reading at the wheel of his Honda Jazz for over 10 seconds by North Yorkshire Police's mobile safety camera. Rigby, of Beamsley, Skipton, North Yorks., pleaded guilty to dangerous driving at Skipton Magistrates' Court.
