Pit Bull with Nasty Throat Wound, *GRAPHIC*

Penny, the young female pit bull, was recently rescued. She was found wearing a leash around her neck that became hung in some pipes under a house. It is unclear how long she was there, but by the look of her injury, it was quite a while. After the leash was removed she was brought straight to Vet Ranch for evaluation. Here is her story!\r
