Italian Anti-Establishment Parties Agree To Basis For Government Deal

According to a report by Reuters, Italy's two anti-establishment parties have agreed to the basis of a governing accord on Thursday, a plan that looks to slash taxes, increase welfare spending and pose the biggest challenge to the EU since the UK voted to leave the bloc two years ago.
