ESPN and Netflix Team Up for Multi-Part Documentary on Michael Jordan ESPN films and the streaming service are set to release the 10-part documentary in 2019. The joint production is called ‘The Last Dance’ and will chronicle Jordan and the Chicago Bulls in the 1990s. According to the press release, the series will feature more than 500 hours of never-before-seen footage from the Bulls’ 1997-1998 championship season. Jordan, central members of the Bulls’ teams in the '90s and people around the world of basketball will participate in the series.
