According to a report by CNN, North Korea outlined steps on Saturday to dismantle its nuclear testing facility, and confirmed that international journalists, including the United States and South Korea, would be invited to cover the event. As reported by state news agency KCNA, the announcement came one day after Pyongyang pledged to no longer carry out unannounced missile tests.
