Vivaldi: The Four Seasons, "L'autunno" (Autumn): III. Allegro

This is the third of four violin concertos that make up Antonio Vivaldi's well known piece, 'The Four Seasons'.

Like the other "Seasons," its music was written to depict pastoral scenes and events described in a sonnet that accompanies the score. The finale (Allegro), is joyous and thematically catchy in its colorful depiction of men embarking on a hunting escapade at dawn.

Point Classics brings you the '30 Second Classics' series. A collection of two hundred Classical works, edited into 30 second excerpts, showcasing the most recognisable and famous parts.
