RBS chairman 'most troubled' by Ireland

In an in-depth interview Sir Philip Hampton, chairman of the Royal Bank of Scotland, discusses his plans for the battered bank's recovery after the financial crisis. He says costs and profitability remain an issue, and that Irish losses have "most troubled" the board.
