Arris Refutes the neo-claims made by Spectrum Charter Time Warner Internet Provider

First Spectrum stated that they hacked my modem (resulting in its being bricked and unusable), then they stated that Arris told them to do it. In this video Arris completely refutes the claims made by Spectrum. It's bad enough that I don't even OWN an arris modem in the first place, but what really gets my goat is the fact that these monopoly types feel they have the right to do ANYTHING with my personal property without my consent!
