The Big Bang Theory’s Simon Helberg has a little brother with one big bong problem!
RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that Mason Helberg was once busted for drugs and still has a warrant out for his arrest.

According to court documents filed at the Burleigh County Courthouse in North Dakota, Mason, 23, was charged for drug possession in 2014 after a risky car ride with friends.
A North Dakota officer charged the California native with possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, after initially stopping him for an alcohol violation, the documents reveal.
“Officers responded to the area for a report that individuals were passing alcohol bottles around in the vehicle parked outside of the Dollar Tree,” an affidavit states.
The officer explained he located a black Dodge Nitro with a California license plate, with three people inside and two outside of the vehicle. It didn’t take long before the officer suspected illegal substances.
