The Niall McCabe band play an exciting blend of folk, rock, and soul music. Niall's powerful vocal lends itself to a sound that is fresh, energetic and positive. The content of the songwriting is influenced heavily by his upbringing on a small island off the west coast. He grew up soaking up the mix of culture that finds it's way to such isolated peripheries and that has helped create music that is both quintessentially Irish and universally human.
Nialls band are all highly skilled musicians in their own fields and each one adds another layer to the music, further enhancing it and never getting in they way of the essence of the songs.
In February 2012 they recorded their debut album with Grammy Award winning producer Ciaran Byrne (Van Morrison, Paul Brady, U2) and added the renowned organ and keyboard player Justin Carroll to the musical mix.
