Putin: Russia will keep some bases in Syria to target terrorists

Russia will keep a naval and air base in Syria to target terrorists if needed, according to Russia's Putin. Putin announced the news on Tuesday after he said some troops will be sent back to Russia. Russia will keep the Hmeymim air base in the Latakia Province and its naval base in the port of Tartous.
