Hey, we're not saying that burritos aren't perfect just the way they are, but sometimes you just need something that's a bit different! Look no further than this cheeseburger burrito. We cook the beef in a mixture of ketchup and mustard, then fill the burrito with all your favorite burger toppings! I know, it seems weird, but trust us, it's pretty friggin' delicious! Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 cup Mustard 1/2 cup Ketchup 1 cup chopped tomato 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce 6 flour tortillas (10-inch)
Directions:
-Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain.
-Stir in mustard and ketchup, bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. -Stir in tomato and cheese.
-Divide mixture evenly among tortillas. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, cheese, ketchup and mustard. Fold in ends and roll up tortillas.
