Property cooling measures are a temporary setback

Paramount Corp's new CEO, Jeffrey Chew said that the property cooling measures introduced since Budget 2014 were good in the long run despite the 'temporary setback' in booking -to -sales conversion rates.
He said that the increase in property prices, new launches and land costs have come under control because of the cooling measures.
