Eco World to list Malaysia's first property SPAC in 3Q

Eco World development group' chairman Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin said it is looking at a third quarter 2015 listing for its Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) called Eco World International (EWI).
He said the group expects to receive the securities commission's approval by June this year, for EWI to list on the main market of bursa Malaysia.
