Sexual Assault Claims Surface In CA Assembly

California Assemblyman Raul Bocanegra has resigned.
Elise Flynn Gyore has accused Bocanegra of sexual assault.
Gyore says he followed her around “like prey” in April 2009 at an after-hours event held in Sacramento.
Bocanegra denies the allegation.
