RIYADH — The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has granted a Hong-Kong designed cyborg citizenship.
It's a world-first, but automatically puts a machine's rights miles ahead of many men and women's in the country.
Under Saudi law, kids born there to a foreign pops and Saudi moms aren't considered citizens until they reach a very vaguely defined "age of maturity".
