Giant Puppet Drunkenly Roams Traditional Music Festival in Ireland

An enormous puppet created for the Irish music and arts festival, the Fleagh, stumbled the streets of Dromore West in County Sligo with a pint of Guinness and a bottle of whiskey in hand. This video was recorded in 2011.This is what the uploader, Aidan Crotty told Storyful about the festival: “The Puppet is known as ‘Arthur, the drunken man.’ This (non-polycarbonate) puppet was created by artist Cillian Rogers. Since its creation thirty years ago the artist has traveled to festivals around the world, from the USA to Portugal.
