South Korea's Marines Train for Combat On The Border Of North Korea

As America's conflict with North Korea heats up, South Korea is preparing for combat.

The country's marines began conducting drills on the border island of Baengnyeong on Tuesday, testing attack helicopters, amphibious assault vehicles, and missiles. The drills came a day after North Korea's sixth successful nuclear test.

Last month, the U.S. and South Korea mounted their annual joint military exercises, dropping bombs on a training range near Seoul.

Hopefully, these military exercises will remain just exercises — and nothing more.
