Originally the co lead vocals on this song was done by Jermaine Jackson, this was the time the Jackson 5 left Motown and Jermaine stayed with Motown at the time Jermaine was married to the Motown CEO Berry Gordy's Daughter, the Jackson 5 was going to CBS Epic, and the youngest Jackson Brother Randy joined the group, Marlon would perform Jermaine's lead parts on Jackson 5 songs and sing them live in the Jackson 5 and Jacksons Live concerts and tours. In this Carol Burnett episode is a little before they changed there name from the Jackson 5 to the Jacksons, when they joined CBS Epic, the Jackson 5 name was owned by Motown even though the Jackson 5 had the name before they signed with Motown the Jackson 5 had to change there name and became The Jacksons.,here in this video the was still J5.
