Hilary Duff‘s ex-husband Mike Comrie is currently under investigation by the LAPD after a women alleged she was raped in his home after a night out. He former ice hockey star denied the accusations but the police requested a DNA sample.
The woman underwent a rape kit at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after the incident. She explained how they met up at a bar and then went back to his condo.
Hilary and Mike were married from 2010-2016 and have one son together. They were recently spotted having dinner in LA together after the news broke.
