Subway is suing over 'fake chicken' story

Subway is suing the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. (CBC) after they claimed that the fast food chain’s chicken wasn’t all natural. In an episode of CBC’s ‘Marketplace,’ DNA analysis found that Subway’s chicken was made up of 50% soybeans. A Subway spokesperson stated that the company issued a Note of Action against CBC and is asking for $210 million in damages. "Serving high-quality food to our customers is our top priority, and we are committed to seeing that this factually incorrect report is corrected," Subway's statement added.
