We might not care all that much about the race itself, but Mint Juleps are a Derby Day tradition we can happily get behind. Instead of enjoying the cocktail in a silver cup over a mountain of crushed ice, it’s reinvented here as a gelatin shot. The amber colored jigglers are plenty potent and, with the jewel-like raspberry trapped within, pretty to look at too.
