How to make a Green Tea Highball:
2 oz Japanese whisky
2 oz Brewed green tea, cooled
Soda water
Garnish: Maple leaf candy
Glass: Collins
Add the whisky and tea to a Collins glass. Add an ice spear. Stir. Top with soda water. Garnish with the maple leaf candy.
