Hypocrites reveal their true nature at times of difficulty

ADNAN OKTAR: Hypocrites always claim they act in the name of honesty and love. But in fact, they are treacherous self-seekers. They can readily sacrifice a person whom they claim to love. Hypocrites have a strong tendency to abandon and run; it peaks when their personal interests are threatened. For example, they say, "I love madly. I love God. I love our Prophet (saas). I love Muslims." But what happens when their personal interests are at stake? They immediately run away. They have a strong desire to abandon. They retreat to the darkness of satan. Muslims' brightness suffocates hypocrites. They do not want to live under that light. They tolerate Muslims until their self-interests are met. But it is a very painful tolerance. They stay either for fame, self-interest or for a shelter that they can hide in, but only for these reasons. Watch out for hypocrites, they run away as soon as they realize there is nothing that benefits them. This is explained in detail in the Quran and in the hadiths. For example, regarding the Prophet Joseph (pbuh); what does the hypocrite woman do when she realizes she will not be able to have a relationship with the Prophet Joseph (pbuh)? She runs away. And she wishes him a terrible end. Hypocrites are full of hatred. Not only do they run, they are also full of hatred. Hypocrites always wear savage, loathsome expressions. This expression arises from the filth leaking from their eyes. Muslims should also be extremely wary of the filth-ridden discourse of hypocrites. The filth seeping from their mouths can splatter onto anyone at any moment. If Muslims exercise caution, the filth of hypocrites will never splatter onto them. And the filth seeping from their eyes will never do any harm to Muslims.
