The Genie is an avant-garde guitar / DJ innovator from San Francisco who blends beat boxing, live looping, slide guitar, unconventional syncopation, and original mixing techniques to create a visually and sonically mesmerizing show. Sponsored by Line6, he is considered one of the best and most original live-looping artists in the world. His music blends various genres including electronic, hip hop, dubstep, blues, jazz, and eastern influences via his unique style of performance called 'scratch guitar' and 'g-mixing'.
